Celestia V1.0.2 Preview

Good Afternoon!

Im happy to announce some of the preview features coming to the latest Celestia update! Lets get into the meat and potatoes.

World Scaling & Mob Levels

World Scaling & Mob Levels are a new system being added to keep interactions fresh, challenging, and rewarding! 

Custom Mobs (Warped Zombie, Silk Shooter, etc.) now have their levels prefixed to their name! (See below image)

Mob level determines its HP, Damage Output, Defense, and other stats. Along with what it can, and cannot drop.


Now for World Scaling. This is a very simple system, but for every X blocks travelled from 0,0 on any 1 axis (except Y). The mobs level increases.
As an example, we will use 250 as our interval. at 2500,0. Mobs spawned will be level 10. Think of it as "Level Rings" to further simplify.

New Boss, and Assassin update

With this new update, we finally introduce our first boss "The Spider Queen".

This boss can be spawned via a "Totem" (similar to how the Wither is spawned) while i cannot share its specific pattern, i CAN share some other boss info.
The Spider Queen has 2 difficulty variants. a Level 50, and Level 100. Each offering different drops!

Along with the queen, the Assassin is receiving a well needed update. Upon launch, we realized that the drops for the Assassin were to imbalanced, the Assassin will stay to being a Mini Boss, however its drops and stats will receive a rework.

Other Stuff

V1.0.2 Will feature some new content, mainly some new BOWS! We cannot share specific just yet, but it will be featured into our next preview.
